Co-active
coaching describes the dance between the coach and the client,
which is created in the moment. It is a unique, proactive alliance
in which coach and client work together as equals to meet the
needs of the client. The offered courses are designed to teach
that subtle dance and focus on experiential learning where participants
experience and practice coaching instead of just talking about
it. The Curriculum offered by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI)
is designed to integrate Co-Active coaching competencies deeply
in your being rather than in your head, so that you can be responsive
in the moment to a variety of client types and needs. Once you
have completed this curriculum you will have the ability to coach
with confidence in your own personal, authentic style.
