In one-to-one executive coaching, your coach uses the same Co-Active principles described in the “Personal Life Coaching” section. The goal is to take a look at every aspect of the executive’s life and to align his/her work environment to support his/her most intrinsic values. If the individual in question is going through a major career transition, it is the coach’s job to accompany him/her before, during, and after the transition. The Stellar Team Diagnostic™ assessment tool provides a snapshot of where the team stands and how it functions in terms of productivity and positivity. The strength of the assessment is its ability to reveal the system to itself - it’s the team evaluating itself, and not an outside consultant evaluating the team. The team is now ready for systems coaching.
