In one-to-one executive coaching, your coach uses the same Co-Active principles described in the “Personal Life Coaching” section. The goal is to take a look at every aspect of the executive’s life and to align his/her work environment to support his/her most intrinsic values. If the individual in question is going through a major career transition, it is the coach’s job to accompany him/her before, during, and after the transition. At Paris Playground we are looking for executives who yearn to:

Team Diagnostic & Systems Coaching    

“Creating Collaborative, Connected, and Sustainable Teams” develops corporate leadership by focusing on the team or system rather than focusing on the individual.

The Stellar Team Diagnostic™ assessment tool provides a snapshot of where the team stands and how it functions in terms of productivity and positivity. The strength of the assessment is its ability to reveal the system to itself - it’s the team evaluating itself, and not an outside consultant evaluating the team. The team is now ready for systems coaching.

 

As corporate coaches trained by Team Coaching International (TCI), we embrace the existing situation and begin the coaching process which often involves dealing with adversity, conflict, anger, disatisfaction, frustration, burn-out, under-performance/over-performance,etc. By creating an open and safe space for dialogue and self-discovery, we ensure that each individual voice on the team is heard, which allows diversity to be seen as an asset, creativity to be fostered, and each team member’s interests and talents to be honoured and utilized to their full potential. The shift in the system’s awareness sets the stage for inspired innovation and sustainability.

 
Steps in the Process   How You Will Benefit    
  • We meet with you to identify broad organizational objectives and needs
  • Each team member takes the online diagnostic assessment
  • The results are shared and experienced by the entire group during an intensive experiential workshop
  • We brainstorm for a plan of action which complements the team’s desired areas of growth
  • We offer ongoing support through individual and team coaching on a bi-monthly basis
  • We conclude with a follow-up assessment at six months and/or one year to measure the team’s progress
 
  • Creates stronger relationships among team members
  • Improves productivity by creating plans, goals and accountability to achieve desired results
  • Improves positivity through increased levels of trust, respect and empowerment by improving team communications
  • Nurtures creativity, leading to process improvements, product innovation and sustainability
